LWKMD!!! Traffic Warden Drinks To Stupor In Ibadan (See Photo)

In Ibadan the capital of oyo state,a traffic warden was found drunk around 12pm and he was so drunk that he fell into the dirty gutter.

This happened along old Ife road in Ibadan. He was attached to Onipepeye Junction. I hope he regains himself quickly and falls back to his duty post.
